The support element serves to support over-determined component clamping points. It prevents vibrations and bending during processing.
Method of operation:
1. By turning the clamping cam (hexagon socket SW 6) on the shell of the red protective sleeve, the supporting bolt is fastened to the workpiece with easy spring force.
2. By continuing to turn to stop (lock), the supporting bolt gripping mechanism locks without change of travel.
3. By turning in the opposite direction (unlock), the clamping is loosened. By continuing to turn in reverse to stop, the supporting bolt drives into final position.
Fasten the support elements with connection thread M6 onto the device.
Alternatively: Substitute grub screw M2x10 with grub screw M12x30 and install the support element with spanners (SW 21; e.g., for T-slot fastening).
For safe operation, the threaded hole M12 must always be closed.
It is possible to countersink the support element by 16 mm.
Thread M8 can be accommodated with various thrust bolts.
Delivery with grub screw M12x30 and nut for T-slot M12x14 (DIN 508).
